Once you have confirmed availability of your date, you may reserve it by executing a two-page, plain English agreement, paying one half of the rental fee and a security deposit of $750. We use the security deposit to clean linens used for your event and make any post-event repairs. The balance is refunded. The second installment of the rental fee is due sixty days prior to the date of the event.
