Welcome to our versatile 10,000-square-foot space, adaptable for any occasion. Our love for aerospace is evident, and being in an aviation historic district only adds to the charm. We’ve hosted almost everything you can imagine, from school proms to trade shows. When the weather is nice, we can open the 100′ door to the runway and enjoy a stunning view of Beacon Hill. And don’t worry about staying warm – our heating systems and insulated structure will keep you comfortable no matter the weather outside.
Inclusive pricing is key to our event success. We allow the use of our tables, chairs, stage, sound system, podium, pipe-and-drape, and linens. You need not worry about any of these necessities for groups as large as 250. We will help you procure what you need for groups larger than this.
Idea flexibility keeps things interesting. As long as your creativity does not pose risks or danger to airport operations, we love accepting the challenge to accommodate fresh ideas.
A unique, flexible setting. Spokane’s first airport and one of the first in the nation, Felts Field remains a hidden treasure even to life-long residents. The art deco terminal and fellowship of vintage aircraft pilots brings a special excitement to any event.
Lighting, acoustics and environment. Our bistro lighting and programmable accent lighting create the right mood for the occasion. We have installed two heating systems to be prepared in case your event occurs on the coldest day of the year. And all kinds of music sounds great within our insulated walls and ceiling.
Staff. All of the event staff have significant experience in event management and gourmet catering. You are not obliged to use our preferred caterer as we work with all the companies. And we can design a menu your guests will appreciate no matter what your budget.
The program. The stage, podium, sound system with wireless microphones, pipe-and-drape, projection, screens; all are fashioned to accomplish the goals of your program, whether simple story telling at a retirement or accredited training using virtual and multi-media presentations.
Here’s our flight plan for stress-free event coordination: First contact and a runway tour get us taxiing. Then, we clear your date for takeoff with a straightforward contract and a 50% deposit—consider the hangar reserved for your event. Now, you can signal your upcoming event to the world through social media channels.
We’re in the control tower approximately two months out, finalizing the flight plan—theme, schedule, catering, playlist, and any special features like alfresco seating in the summer or bespoke decorations. At this time, we also top off with the final payment.
A dedicated manager pilots your event and is your chief navigator and point of contact, ensuring smooth sailing from takeoff to touchdown.
On final approach, we coordinate deliveries and set up the layout, typically the day before, allowing you to focus on the horizon. And there’s no rush for departure post-event—collect any unique items the day after.
